The Guild Hall & Farmers Market

It's been called "the coolest building in Shelburne."

A building on stilts. Fat, square-timber stilts and Medieval exposed timber construction are meant to evoke the Puritan period in New England for the filming of "The Scarlet Letter" in 1994.

Cool for sure, and it makes an ideal outdoor covered location for the Shelburne Farmers Market.

Listen to live music as you sip a fair trade coffee and nibble on freshly baked pain au chocolat.

Choose from grass-fed beef, free-range chicken, local produce, unique jams and jellies, baked goods or sushi.

Sample Petite Riviere wines, Ironworks Distillery products or craft beer by Shelburne's own microbrewery - Boxing Rock.
